    Job Outlook

The Nursing Profession has expanded and the demand has grown at an accelerated rate in recent years especially in the first world countries. This is attributed to the low population rate and the difficulty in pursuing the nursing course in these countries. Retirement of middle-aged and older nurses has depleted the workforce globally in recent years. As necessary, the outsourcing of nursing graduates from other countries has resulted in the recent phenomenal demand for nursing professionals.

It is noteworthy to emphasize how significant nursing graduates have become to hospital operations and the substantial part they play in the healthcare workforce. As the population grows, more hospitals, medical centers, and outpatient clinics will be established and subsequently, more nurses will be needed to serve the greater number of patients.

The domestic demand for nurses is presently critical due to a great number of registered and experienced (young and middle-aged) nurses are being hired to work in the first world countries like the U.S.A., England, and Canada. This has triggered the mushrooming of the opening of more nursing schools in the country in the last few years.
