Admission Requirements:

For First Year Level:

- Secure an application form from the Administration Office at the ground floor, PRIFI Building. The applicant will take the entrance examination on a preferred date.

- Applicants aspiring for scholarship must secure the appropriate form. An average grade of 83% is required.

- After having passed the entrance examination, the aspirant must submit the following:
    a. Form 137 (High School Report Card)
    b. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    c. Certificate of Good Moral Character

For Transferees:


The applicant will have to take the entrance examination and must reach the required cut-off score.

After having passed the entrance examination, the aspirant must submit the following:
    a. Honorable Dismissal
    b. Certificate of Grades or class cards
    c. Transcript of Records
    d. Course Description

For Foreign Students:

The PRIFI has been granted the authority to accept foreign students by the Bureau of Immigration with AAFS No. ADD 01-176. Rules and regulations for foreign students need to be complied with prior to the start of admission procedures.

 

SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS:

The Dr. Francisco D. Lim, Sr. Scholarship Grant is named in honor of the late pioneer of the practice of Rehabilitation Medicine in the Philippines in 1948. Dr. F.D. Lim has been credited with the setting up of the first Physical Rehabilitation facility in the Philippines at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center (formerly the V. Luna General Hospital).

The Scholarship Grants are awarded by the President and Founder of the PRIFI – Dr. Ricardo N. Lim (the eldest son of Dr. F. D. Lim, Sr.) upon the application of deserving and qualified students as follows.

ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP

Full Scholarship Grant - a student is entitled to a full (100%) scholarship grant only if he/she obtains a raw score of 120 and above in the Entrance Examination.

Partial Scholarship Grant - a student is entitled to a partial (50%) scholarship grant only if he/she obtains a raw score of 90 and above in the Entrance Examination.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

Partial Scholarship Grants - 50% Scholarship Grants are awarded to students who are officially and currently enrolled. They must obtain a general average grade no lower than 2.25 (82-84%) for the semester currently enrolled in. The awarding of the Academic Scholarships to qualified students is subject to the approval of the President of the Institute.
